Who'd have thought that the humble Flintstones could help in the fight against Obesity and Climate Change? Well both issues can be addressed by some seriously ingenious inventions that I would love to see more of.
The Buscycle is a human-powered multiple person moving machine. The HumanCar looks loads more fun though. Don't the guys in the picture on the HumanCar website look like they are having a blast. Either that or they are just about to go off a cliff.
Either way anything that allows me to get around whilst producing zero emissions and helping me get fitter at the same time has to be a near perfect solution.
One other brilliant benefit is that both options (especially the Buscycle) clearly brings people together which in our world of decreasing community can only be a good thing.

Thanks for that Rob, I heard about that recently. Always love the way the Dutch have used bikes in that way and am pleased to see the idea spread. I hope it continues to spread.
