Wow - fabulous; I was almost cheering when I read that! I'm not a fan of his harsh language and words, but this is excellent and a subject which is close to my heart.........

I can't see it being made 'illegal' somehow, but I agree with everything he says; especially the part about how chefs will have to become more inspired with their cooking.

What an exciting prospect. We're lucky around here; there are a quite a few eating places that source and provide local ingredients - we have a lot on our doorstep :)
